2 Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered and maintains an Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus credit separately identified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award, or other incentive offered by rpvip4 to Players, subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry periods as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

3 Account Eligibility

Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account closed immediately and all funds — including any winnings — may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

rpvip4 is designed for players resident in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction of residence. The Platform does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. 3.3 Legal Capacity

3.4 One Account Rule

Each individual person is permitted to hold one and only one active Account on rpvip4. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name or the identity of any third party, is strictly prohibited. rpvip4 employs technical measures including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. The information provided must correspond exactly to your legal identity as evidenced by your official identity documents. rpvip4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information submitted at registration at any time.

4.2 KYC Verification Requirement

KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. rpvip4 may also require KYC at the point of registration or at any subsequent time at its reasonable discretion, including where unusual account activity is detected. Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's License — front and back copy.

• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document, with both your face and the document fully visible.

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. You will be notified by email upon approval or if additional documentation is required.

4.3 Account Credentials Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share, disclose, or permit any third party to use your Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify rpvip4 immediately. rpvip4 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment and recreational gambling purposes only. All use of rpvip4 must be for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree to use the Platform in a manner that does not interfere with the experience of other Players or the operational integrity of the Platform.

5.2 Personal Use Only

Accounts are strictly personal. You may not use your Account on behalf of any other person, nor may you allow any other person to use your Account. Commercial exploitation, including the use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or other technological tools to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Acceptable Device Use

The Platform may be accessed via standard web browsers on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. rpvip4 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, device incompatibilities, or third-party service failures.

5.4 Communications

By registering, you consent to receiving operational communications from rpvip4 including but not limited to account notifications, transaction confirmations, and security alerts. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect your receipt of operational communications required for account management.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rpvip4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (direct bank transfer), and direct transfers from participating Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are accepted on a converted MYR equivalent basis.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. rpvip4 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. Deposits are generally credited immediately for e-wallet methods and within 5–10 minutes for bank transfers, subject to the payment provider's processing times.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where practicable. Withdrawals are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification prior to first withdrawal.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds being fully satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on rpvip4 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These specific terms include, without limitation, the applicable wagering requirement (playthrough), the validity period, the minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games and their contribution rates, and the maximum bonus amount.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credit and any winnings generated from bonus credit are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. Tier progression, cashback rates, monthly turnover requirements, and associated benefits are subject to change at rpvip4's discretion. VIP benefits are not redeemable for cash except where explicitly stated. rpvip4 reserves the right to adjust a Player's VIP tier based on account activity at any time.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 General Betting Conduct

All sports bets are governed by the rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. rpvip4 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its reasonable discretion, including where a bet is placed on the basis of misquoted odds, a technical error, or in circumstances that raise integrity concerns.

8.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event, per market, and per player. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may be adjusted by rpvip4 at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.

8.3 Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a wager. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds are locked. In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate in real time — bets placed during in-play events are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise time of acceptance, subject to a brief verification delay.

8.4 Void Bets

A wager may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; (b) the odds were materially misquoted due to a technical error; (c) the event result cannot be verified from a reliable official source; or (d) the bet was placed in connection with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rpvip4. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering multiple Accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without express written authorisation.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sports event results.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the betting platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match betting, or any activity designed to exploit bonus structures in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Impersonating any other person or using another person's payment account or identity documents.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory toward rpvip4 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Players' accounts or rpvip4's systems.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rpvip4 Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, trade marks, and game content provided by licensed studio partners — is the intellectual property of rpvip4 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of rpvip4. All unauthorised use will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gambling

rpvip4 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via your account settings. Limit decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with on-screen reminders at your chosen intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No marketing communications will be sent during the cooling-off period.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rpvip4 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In no event shall rpvip4's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to this Agreement exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

rpvip4 makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform. You use the Platform at your own risk. rpvip4 shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events, third-party payment processing failures, or scheduled maintenance.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by rpvip4

rpvip4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account is being operated by a minor; (b) a prohibited activity as defined in Section 9 is occurring or has occurred; (c) the KYC information provided is false, inaccurate, or unverifiable; (d) the Account is the subject of fraud investigation; or (e) continued Account operation would constitute a regulatory or legal risk.

13.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment account. Bonus credit not subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. rpvip4 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder by email before any administrative fee is applied to dormant account balances in accordance with our dormant account policy, details of which are available from customer support.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of rpvip4. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as designated by rpvip4's operating jurisdiction.
